Vacancy Mushroom grower (full time) Verhoeckx Mushrooms & Fruit is a family business located in Kerkdriel in the Bommelerwaard, a region known for the cultivation of these products. By now we have expanded to a team of over 50 employees who work together daily to ensure the best end result. For our mushroom cultivation in Ammerzoden we are looking for a mushroom grower. In a team of +/- 30 people you will be responsible (together with 2 colleagues) for the following: Control and adjust the cultivation of mushrooms Related administrative tasks Managing the picking team Filling & emptying the mushroom cells Maintenance work We are looking for someone with the following characteristics: Active & flexible work attitude Command of the Dutch and (basic) English language Technically proficient, 2 right hands Interested in mushroom cultivation, experience is allowed, not necessary Willing to (alternately) perform necessary work on weekends In return, of course, a good salary and good working conditions.
