Then we are looking for you. As an Operational Account Manager, you are the linchpin between customers, warehouse, transport, and other internal departments. You are responsible for the smooth running of daily operations and ensure that incoming and outgoing orders are processed timely and correctly. In this role, you will be much less concerned with systems and much more focused on operations. You will answer customer questions, coordinate with the warehouse on capacity and inventory management, support customs issues, and ensure professional handling of complaints and operational challenges. You will continuously monitor the progress of inbound and outbound processes, make adjustments where necessary, and escalate to the Location Manager in a timely manner when situations require it. You will work in a team of about ten colleagues and be responsible for customers with storage volumes ranging from 100 to 50,000 pallets. Through your overview, decisiveness, and communication skills, you will be able to bring together various interests and keep the operation running. You will maintain daily contact with customers and colleagues from various disciplines and ensure that expectations are met.
