You will be responsible for the daily operation of several exclusive properties and assets. This is an independent and varied position with short lines of communication and a direct, visible impact. You will work within a compact and professional team and report directly to the Director of Operations. No two days are the same. One day, you may supervise technical maintenance at a private residence. The next, you may resolve a technical issue, inspect work carried out by a contractor or arrange servicing for the vehicle fleet. You maintain oversight, set priorities and ensure that everything behind the scenes continues to operate smoothly. You do not wait for issues to arise. You anticipate them. You will be responsiblefor the operational and facility management of several locations, including private residences, offices, garages and other assets.
