As enterprise complexity increases across clients, regions, and production streams, operational control becomes a structural advantage. As an Operations Director supporting one of our key client accounts, you will work in close partnership with our Client Lead to ensure operations run smoothly, delivery stays on track, and teams have the structure and processes they need to perform effectively. You will help translate client priorities into efficient execution, improve operational processes, oversee planning and resource coordination, resolve delivery challenges, and implement scalable ways of working that enable consistent, high-quality results. This is not an execution-heavy coordination role. It is a performance architecture and accountability role.
