Summary Responsible for the planning and organization of our production facility and ensuring availability of necessary material, equipment, and labour resources required to meet customer and business demands. You will manage a small team responsible for planning, assembling and testing scientific instruments and have some responsibility for site and facilities management. Continuous improvement and employee development are important factors and these will be essential in your day-to-day tasks also. You will support the Leadership team in key tasks and objectives and input in to budgets and business development, alongside key department leaders. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday).
