Location Berkel-Enschot Sector Food Employment type Full-time What will you do? As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production process on the line runs smoothly. At the start of production, you set up the machines correctly so that the dough and batter can be processed into the desired finished products. Throughout the process, you keep a close eye on operations and continuously monitor product quality. You work not only with machines but also with your colleagues. You instruct the production workers on the line and make sure they know what needs to be done throughout the production process. If you notice that a machine is not functioning properly, you carry out minor maintenance where possible and report any malfunctions promptly. Maintaining a clean production environment is also part of your responsibilities. Every day, you ensure that the workplace is cleaned according to the established cleaning schedules and meets the required quality standards. This ensures that everything is clean, organised, and ready for the next production run.
