As a Production Employee - Filling Operator, your responsibilities include: - Independently operating and monitoring various filling lines. - Supervising filling processes and ensuring product quality. - Supporting warehouse activities, including loading and unloading goods. - Labelling products and performing stock counts. - Carrying out basic forklift maintenance. - Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organised. - Reporting deviations, technical issues, and opportunities for process improvements. - Following safety procedures and work instructions at all times. What do we expect from you? - English language level B1. - VMBO level or an equivalent foreign qualification. - Relevant production experience is preferred. - Valid forklift certificate. - Basic VCA certificate (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors). - Basic computer skills. - Ability to work accurately, independently, and responsibly. - Willingness to work in a clean indoor production and warehouse environment (20-24°C). - Wearing jewellery and makeup is not permitted during work.
