About the Role As a Production Engineer at Blue Heart Energy, you will play a key role in transforming innovative heat pump technology from prototype and pilot builds into a robust, scalable manufacturing operation. Working at the intersection of Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and industrializing manufacturing processes that enable efficient, safe, and high-quality production. You will translate product designs into practical manufacturing solutions by defining how products are built, assembled, tested, and delivered on the production floor. This includes developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production layouts, PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and production equipment required to support serial production. A key aspect of the role is analyzing and improving production performance through capacity planning, line balancing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
