HaysBewaar Project Scheduler GMP | Project | Scheduler | Leiden | Biotech Your new role We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major pharmaceutical capital project in Leiden. In this role, you will support the project team by developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated project schedules, providing accurate forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, quality teams, and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring project activities are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered in line with project objectives. Opportunities are available for professionals with experience in general project scheduling, construction scheduling, or automation and IT project delivery. This role is embedded within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, and candidates should be comfortable working across engineering, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational readiness activities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules aligned with project work breakdown structures (WBS) and reporting requirements. - Perform monthly schedule updates, including progress measurement, critical path analysis, float analysis, and look-ahead planning. - Integrate contractor and vendor schedules into the overall project plan and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations where required. - Support schedule risk assessments, recovery planning, and what-if scenario analysis. - Provide schedule forecasts and performance reporting to project and leadership teams. - Work closely with project stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and potential schedule impacts. - Support planning activities across engineering, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up phases. - Ensure scheduling activities support project governanc...
