- Retail Commercial Manager Solid Recruitment Amsterdam 28 juli 2026 Soort functie: Sales Managers | Werkervaring: 3 - 5 jaar | Fulltime Functieomschrijving This role involves primarily supporting asset management activities within their Dutch and German Shopping Centre portfolio with the following main responsibilities: • Assisting with driving the commercial performance of a diverse retail portfolio through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives. • Supporting leasing strategies, optimize the tenant mix, and contribute to lease negotiations. • Identify and implement value-add initiatives to enhance asset performance and customer experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property manager. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Experience • At least 3 to 5 years of work experience from working within real estate and especially the retail market • Proven track record on relationship management • Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Fluent in Dutch and English Educational background • Bachelor's degree in with relevant experience.
