Your responsibilities will include: - Leasing retail spaces on behalf of private and institutional investors - Advising clients on rental prices and market developments - Actively approaching potential tenants - Identifying retailers' property requirements and translating them into concrete opportunities - Building and maintaining a strong network within Retail and hospitality What do we expect from you? - Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement - An affinity with and/or relevant professional experience in Retail and hospitality is an advantage - Commercially driven with strong communication skills - A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset - Available full-time - A healthy sense of humour!
