Rather than managing daily transport operations, you will drive large-scale improvements that make our network more efficient, resilient, sustainable and digitally enabled. Through transformation initiatives, network optimization and innovation, you will help create the transport capabilities needed to support Coty's future growth. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Road Transport Transformation Manager , you will lead strategic initiatives that transform how road transport is managed across Coty. You will drive performance improvements, strengthen transport capabilities, accelerate digitalization and sustainability, and support the transition towards a more standardized, data-driven and future-ready transport organization. You will be reporting to the Global Transport Operations Director , and you will manage: Transport Transformation & Performance - Lead global initiatives that improve transport cost, service, efficiency and sustainability. - Establish performance frameworks, KPIs and governance that enable data-driven decision making. - Develop business cases, action plans and recommendations, presenting outcomes and progress to senior leadership. - Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize road transport processes.
