Position Overview: The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer information, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and online platforms. This role supports the sales team with administrative tasks and ensures a seamless after-sales experience by handling customer claims and fostering strong business relationships.
