For a growing company in booming industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Senior Account Manager (40 hours per week) What will you be doing? As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of client relationships within your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for managing ongoing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling. You'll work closely with our business development, scientific, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience, from quote preparation to project delivery. In addition to managing existing accounts, you'll actively prospect within your territory to identify new clients and build long-term partnerships that support our scientific service growth. You will have substantial support and coaching from management, cross-functional teams, and internal tools. Who are you?
