We're looking for a Business Analyst (Senior) to join our Supply Chain Product Organisation. You'll play a key role in improving the digital capabilities that support our warehouse and transport operations while contributing to one of Kramp's largest digital transformation programmes. Your role As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into scalable digital solutions. You analyse warehouse and transport processes, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that new capabilities create measurable value for our operations. Working across product teams, you will translate business impacts into requirements and enhancements for our WMS and TMS products. By identifying dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and validating solutions, you ensure our end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes remain efficient and reliable throughout the transformation. A key focus of the role is supporting SPRING, Kramp's ERP transformation programme. As Order Management capabilities move to the Manhattan platform, you will assess impacts on warehouse and transport processes, translate these into product requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end Order-to-Deliver flow.
