- Life At UA - Our Culture - Mission and Values - Learning & Development Purpose of Role The Senior Professional Digital Marketplace Sales plays a critical role in driving strategic growth and commercial performance across key marketplace partners such as Zalando and AboutYou, shaping the development of the marketplace channel within the digital commerce ecosystem. In this role, you own and lead the commercial partnership with assigned accounts, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability against defined targets. To drive the business you will be leading cross-functional alignment across marketing, merchandising, planning, wholesale, and supply chain to deliver best-in-class marketplace performance. Your Impact - Deliver against the agreed annual sales plan, in line with the regional and global strategy. - Own and actively steer P&L performance, leveraging KPIs to drive profitability and optimize commercial outcomes. - Lead performance analysis and optimization (day-to-day as well as long-term), proactively identifying risks and unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven actions. - Define and lead long-term account strategy, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and marketing levers. - Lead bi-weekly/monthly trade calls with the account to reflect on the performance and understand business trends, influence decision-making and align on joint performance priorities. - Act as the subject matter expert for assigned accounts, leveraging deep consumer and market insights to shape a winning assortment strategy. - Drive marketplace innovation and growth initiatives across platforms and geographies. - Shape a growth-oriented team environment; focused on scaling and advancing the marketplace business. - Mentor and coach junior teammates and rookies, fostering a high-performance culture.
