On behalf of P3, Solid Executives is conducting an exclusive search for a Head of Finance to lead the Dutch finance function and act as a trusted partner to the local leadership team. Functieomschrijving As Head of Finance, you carry overall responsibility for all in-country financial matters and act as a genuine business partner to the Country Director and the wider leadership team. Your responsibilities include: • Overseeing all in-country financial matters, including payments, cash management and the outsourced accounting and finance providers • Ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial records, reporting and statutory compliance • Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, and local banking relationships • Preparing and reviewing management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and leading local budgeting and forecasting • Providing financial analysis and business insight to support strategic and operational decision-making • Supporting the Investment, Development, Asset Management and Property Management teams with business cases and investment appraisals • Reviewing development appraisals and significant commercial contracts from a financial risk and value perspective • Coordinating local tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax) and supporting Group Tax on transfe...
