Rolbeschrijving: We are expanding our AI Studio with cross-functional teams dedicated to building AI-enabled products that strengthen and accelerate the services and software Arcadis delivers to clients. As a Staff Engineer in the AI Studio, you will act as the technical AI lead responsible for turning early-stage AI opportunities into working, pilot ready AI solutions with potential to scale. You operate at the intersection of discovery, experimentation, and delivery. You bring technical clarity to ambiguous problems in various domains Arcadis is active in, structure early-stage initiatives, and ensure momentum towards implementation. Working closely with the AI Studio's Product Manager, Solution Architect, and UX Designer, you form the core of the experimentation team. Together, you drive discovery, validate opportunities, and ensure solutions are usable, feasible, and ready to scale.
