You will be the first point of contact for users of Smart Event Manager software. You will handle functional questions about operating the software directly yourself and assist users in configuring the software. In addition to the functional helpdesk, you will also work on the technical side. Through our own training program, you will quickly master this. You investigate bug reports and clearly specify these for the developers. In this versatile role, you will continuously be in contact with the users of our software due to the knowledge and experience you gain. Moreover, you determine your own development path.
