Team Lead International Servicing Who are we looking for? - You have experience coaching or managing a team. - You enjoy working in an international environment; an international background is considered a plus. - You are open-minded and culturally aware. - You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch and additional languages are a plus. - You possess strong analytical and numerical skills. - You have a bachelor's or master's level of thinking and working. - You are proactive, take ownership, and work independently. - You are an excellent communicator, stress-resistant, and adaptable. - You are solution-oriented and know how to guide people through change. - You have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy building long-term client relationships.
