From our office in 's-Gravenzande, The Netherlands, we work every day on the quality, safety and sustainability of substrates for professional horticulture and the consumer market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Team Leader Research & Analysis (32-40 hours per week) Coordinate a smoothly running research process As Team Leader Research & Analysis, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of all routine research activities within RHP. You lead a team of four research assistants and ensure that analyses are carried out on time, accurately and in accordance with established procedures. You are the link between day-to-day research activities, our certified companies and external laboratories. Together with the Head of Research, you ensure that routine research and knowledge development are closely aligned and reinforce one another. Where necessary, you also participate in laboratory or greenhouse activities and assist in carrying out analyses.
