Our automated ESKO workflows largely take care of that. Your job is to keep those processes running smoothly and to make sure that jobs needing extra attention are handled the right way. You keep an eye on our workflows, assess notifications and exceptions, and make sure issues are resolved before they delay production unnecessarily. You work closely with DTP, production, sales and back office. For our larger key accounts you also take on small artwork tasks when this makes commercial sense. You might build out existing artwork variants, adjust formats or process simple changes. That makes you a practical link between customer requests, digital workflow and production. This role suits someone who enjoys understanding how systems and processes work, who is not put off by a technical error message, and who would rather solve a problem than simply report that there is one.
