About the Position • You assess maintenance requests, malfunctions, and technical issues. • You draw up long-term maintenance plans and monitor their implementation. • You request quotes, compare them, and manage suppliers. • You monitor maintenance work for quality and progress (on-site). • You identify opportunities for sustainability and property improvements. • You work closely with the property manager and the field service team.
