logo YORTEAM Test Manager YOT03107 The Challenge We are looking for an experienced Test Manager who enjoys improving software quality in a complex IT environment, for a client in the banking sector. You'll help define testing strategies, coordinate end-to-end testing activities, and drive continuous improvements in quality assurance and test automation. Working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable and compliant solutions. Your job As Test Manager, you will: - Develop and coordinate the overall test strategy, including FAT, BAT, and regression testing. - Drive both manual and automated testing activities across multiple teams. - Improve test automation and ensure high-quality test coverage. - Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the development lifecycle. - Review testing processes, facilitate continuous improvement, and support teams through coaching and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain high quality standards. Your expertise You have several years of experience in Test Management or Test Engineering within a complex IT environment and are comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution. In addition, you bring: - Experience with test strategy, test automation, and risk-based testing. - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. - A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams. - An ISTQB certification and experience within banking or payments are considered a plus.
