JOB TITLE As a Service Engineer , you are the technical face of Vonmarcken for our customers. You perform maintenance, repair, inspection, and installation work on our equipment, while also serving as a key link between service and sales . Thanks to your customer-focused approach, you identify business opportunities, provide expert advice, and help build lasting customer relationships. You will report your findings and suggestions for improvement to the Service Team Leader and work closely with the sales and service teams. What are you going to do? - Performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations of laboratory and medical equipment. - Identify sales or replacement opportunities with customers and pass them on to the sales department. - Advising customers on the optimal use and maintenance of equipment. - Reporting technical and commercial findings to the service team leader. - Contribute ideas for process improvements and customer-focused solutions. - Carefully documenting the work performed in service reports.
