In IKEA, we call this a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator. You will lead and support our team during the night shift operation. You'll ensure smooth workflows, maintain safety standards, and help drive productivity across the shift. If you're a strong communicator with experience in warehouse environments and a hands-on leadership style, we'd love to hear from you. WHAT WE OFFER • The Start Date of employment will be: 17th October 2026. • Starting salary off £33,500 per annum, based on competence and experience. • 39 Hours working 5 days per week including nightshift from 1AM to 11:30AM and alternate weekends. • Nightshift Allowance of £2.25 per hour is paid between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00, and therefore will be applicable to a portion of the shift pattern. • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Previous experience coordinating a team in a warehouse environment, with the motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment. • Ability to prioritise and organise yours and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail. • Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
