In this role, you will be responsible for the daily warehouse operation, ensuring your team works safely, efficiently, and delivers the highest quality standards. What will you do? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 15 to 30 warehouse employees and temporary staff. You will be actively present on the warehouse floor and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating inbound, storage, and outbound logistics activities; - Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse employees; - Monitoring productivity, planning, and operational quality; - Ensuring accurate administrative processing within the Warehouse Management System (WMS); - Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving process improvements; - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures; - Conducting performance reviews, coaching sessions, and absence management; - Working closely with Customer Service and the Warehouse Manager to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
