Je bent gestructureerd, technisch onderlegd en denkt vooruit. Je houdt overzicht in complexe situaties en werkt graag samen met verschillende disciplines. Je brengt mee: MBO of HBO Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. Ervaring als werkvoorbereider in nieuwbouw en/of bestaande bouw. Kennis van bouwmethodieken, regelgeving en planning. Ervaring met BIM, AutoCAD of andere bouwsoftware. Een oplossingsgerichte, zelfstandige en betrokken werkhouding. Functie-eisen: Zorg voor een sterke voorbereiding van projecten
