St Jude's C of E Primary Academy, part of St Chad's Academies Trust, is seeking a reliable and well-organised Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to the academy office and wider team. St Jude's is a high performing academy with high aspirations for all. We are committed to giving children a safe, secure and nurturing environment to thrive in where they have the opportunity to reach their full potential and need an Administrative Assistant to join the team and help deliver on this vision.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the academy, delivering efficient administrative, clerical and reception support in a busy educational environment. This will include supporting pupils, staff, parents and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.

You will need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm and professional. Previous administrative experience is essential, and experience within an educational or public sector setting would be advantageous. Strong IT skills and confidence in using management information systems are also important.

We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team, communicates clearly and positively, and demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information. In return, we offer a supportive working environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to be part of a collaborative Trust committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.

This post is subject to enhanced DBS clearance and safer recruitment checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

The Trust is committed to being a Flexible Employer and welcomes open discussion around flexible working options.

Visits to the academy are encouraged and this can be arranged with Arti Marwaha by calling 01902 558848 or by emailing .
