At this modern production site, engineering and technology play a central role, with a continuous focus on reliability, safety, quality, and process improvement. This is a position in direct employment. Purpose of the Role As a Maintenance Technician , you ensure the optimal operation of production and packaging machines, peripheral equipment, and building installations. You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, support machine changeovers and adjustments, and actively contribute to improvements in safety, reliability, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Perform maintenance tasks according to planning and procedures - Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues - Contribute to the optimization of the maintenance plan based on failure data - Record completed work in the maintenance system (AX/Dynaway) - Identify and implement process improvements and technical solutions - Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments according to NEN3140 - Support projects, machine modifications, and installations General Duties - Work according to HACCP, BRC, ISO, and GMP guidelines - Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S/LEAN) - Report incidents and actively contribute to a safety culture - Share technical knowledge and support colleagues Requirements - MBO level 3/4 or equivalent (technical direction) - Technical insight and experience in machine maintenance - Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus - Familiarity with machine safety, food safety, a...
