About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, have a 'can-do' attitude and will be committed to continuous improvement. You will be well-organised, with a pro-active approach to work showing clear communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptable problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception teacher, with a detailed understanding of the Reception curriculum. You will have a desire to strengthen early mathematics provision and improving outcomes for young children across the Angles Maths Hub region.
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Expert knowledge of the Reception curriculum
- Reception and Primary teaching expertise
- Confidence leading/collaborating with peers
- Excellent people management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
Desirable:
- Experience of delivering CPD
- An understanding of the Maths Hub network
- Experience of all aspects of line management
