€ £16.35 - £17.19 gross per hour Applying for this vacancy? Apply directly What are your duties? As a Blaster, you are the first important link in the pretreatment process. You ensure that surfaces are perfectly prepared for metal spraying and/or painting. Your duties include, among other things: - Blast cleaning of large objects and metal structures using the appropriate blasting technique. - Shot blasting according to various standards such as the SA standard - Removal of rust, scale and other impurities deep down into the metal. - Checking surfaces and assessing the final result. - Work according to safety regulations and quality standards. - Ensuring a clean and safe workplace. Working hours - Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Blaster who: - Has experience with (pre-)blasting. - Physically fit and used to active and standing work. - Accurate work and an eye for detail. - always puts safety and quality first. - Motivated and reliable, with a real can-do attitude. - Preferably, you have experience of forklift truck operations. You can obtain a forklift truck certificate through Twente Personeelsdiensten!
