Degree or equivalent
Teacher status
Experience of working in a primary school
Knowledge of and compliance with school procedures and policies, including child protection and safeguarding protocol
Strong and consistent behaviour management that aligns with the school’s Therapeutic Thinking approach
Have experience of working closely with parents in successful home-school partnerships
Ability to use formative and summative assessment effectively
A desire to make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of a school
Ability to plan and effectively resource engaging lessons to support all learners
Ability to adapt provided schemes to meet the need of all learners
Committed and motivated
Have high expectations of all pupils, understanding their needs and using and evaluating distinctive teaching approaches to engage and support them
