At Xavier’s, we do more than serve great drinks and food - we’re preparing students for life. Our coffee shop forms an essential part of our Preparation for Adulthood model, offering real-world work experience and social interaction in a supportive, community-focused environment. Every shift is an opportunity for our students to gain valuable, transferrable skills in hospitality, teamwork, and communication.
