We’re supporting a consultancy who are designing and developing a global workshop programme for a life sciences client’s customer engagement team. The work will span three therapy areas - Respiratory, Dermatology and Rhino-Gastro - using one shared framework tailored to each area.
and combine workshop design, creative development, gamification and stakeholder input.

Tasks
- Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content
- Develop the workshop theme, structure, session flow and gamified activities across three therapy areas
- Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications, including guides, country comms, video and newsletter content
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- 2-4 years’ experience in customer, marketing, communications or engagement-focused consulting
- Strong workshop design and content development experience
- Creative, organised and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders
