Location: Greece
Salary: From €1,300 gross per month + up to €200 bonus/month + 14 salaries per year
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product-related questions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Deliver a high level of service while meeting quality and performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
