As a Digital Employee eXperience (DEX) Specialist, you'll help them get the most value from technology through communication, learning, adoption, and employee engagement. This is a varied and hands-on junior role where no two days are the same. One day you might be delivering a training session, the next creating communication content, exploring new Microsoft capabilities, supporting a pilot, or helping colleagues solve workplace challenges. You don't need to be a technical expert, but you are eager to learn, curious about new technology, and enjoy helping others get the most value from it. You'll contribute to communication, learning, adoption, community engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives while building your expertise in the digital workplace of the future.
