Our European Digital Team, based in 's-Heerenberg (the Netherlands), is looking for someone who ensures that our everyday digital and marketing activities run smoothly across Europe. You'll be working closely with branches throughout Europe and the Digital Teams across our international network (New Zealand, Australia, Americas and Asia) to ensure the Mainfreight brand remains strong, consistent, and unmistakably "Mainfreight". You will join a young team of two, where personal development, collaboration, and helping each other grow are at the core of how we work. What will you be doing? As part of the European Digital Team, you play a key role in coordinating Europe‑wide initiatives. Your tasks include: - Managing the marketing mailbox and handle daily requests - Supporting Europe‑wide projects such as newsletters, photoshoots and sales campaigns - Creating flyers (Canva & In-Design), calendars, Christmas cards and email banners - Supporting with sales conferences - Updating website content through our CMS - Ordering branded stationery and business cards for branches - Maintaining and updating our EU brand book - Managing our intranet content and internal info screens - Ensuring all communication aligns with Mainfreight's style Who are we looking for?
