You will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology and business, translating strategy into practical solutions and measurable security improvements. Key responsibilities - Shape and further develop the bank's Exposure Management capability. - Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities, requirements and solutions. - Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, security specialists and senior stakeholders . - Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in CTEM, Exposure Management and AI-driven security . - Challenge technical solutions and decisions from a security and risk perspective. - Drive initiatives from idea through implementation and ensure improvements are embedded across people, processes and technology . - Contribute to strengthening the bank's overall security posture . Key requirements - Strong understanding of Exposure Management and CTEM . - Good knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, cybersecurity risks and security controls . - Sufficient technical depth to challenge solutions and technical decisions. - Ability to quickly understand new technologies and security trends. - Comfortable working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders . - Strong ownership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Pragmatic, proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
