The business analyst plays a vital role in the growth of our Ecommerce business through creating insights, developing dashboards and challenging business leaders. Functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal and external suppliers, the business analyst works to understand the strategy, needs and potential to translate these into business requirements. Your main areas of work include: - Provide weekly and monthly reporting to support business decisions - Create (new) ecommerce insights on subjects as conversion, web/app traffic, returns, profitability - Discuss trends and needs with ecommerce, logistics, customer service and 3rd party business leaders - Proactively find ways of improvement on the critical KPIs - Participate in the forecasting- and budgeting process - Set targets, monitor progress and analyze impact - Build dashboards for the business to support daily operations and trade analysis - Presenting results and findings to the business and train them on using insights - Working with the business owners to understand BI/IT needs, facilitates the negotiation of requirements and communicates the requirements to IT specialists - Acts as a liaison between the business, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and end users in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of BI solutions - Whilst reviewing operations, you are observing and analyzing the bigger picture to be able to find improvements on the critical in the end - Help growing the ...
