We are a thriving infant and nursery school with an independent Pre-School on-site. We all work closely together to ensure the children in our school have a very positive experience whilst they are with us. We have a wonderful team who are passionate about education and who have high expectations for all our children, ensuring that they thrive in all aspects of their development. We work hard to provide a flexible, practical, creative and exciting curriculum that meets the interests and needs of the children in our school. We know that children who are happy, feel safe, inspired and motivated, will be successful and achieve their social, emotional and academic potential.

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a part-time enthusiastic, flexible and passionate person to build positive relationships with children and the team. They should be keen to learn and have a good understanding of child development and see behaviour as communication.

We wish to appoint someone who:

Builds positive relationships with our children (aged 3 -7) and colleagues.

Shows initiative and enthusiasm and is always kind and caring, supporting the child to settle into school life.

Is curious and accepting about children's behaviour and is keen to develop strategies to support.

Is an excellent team member and has a passion to ensure children stay safe and engaged.

Is supportive, playful and passionate about working with children.
