As an Employee Scrap , you will process materials and packaging that can no longer be reused.This is a practical and physically active role where you will work with heavy-duty hand tools to dismantle, separate, and process scrap materials safely and efficiently. You will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00 . Main Responsibilities: - Dismantle and process damaged or rejected packaging and materials. - Separate different materials for correct disposal or recycling. - Use heavy-duty hand tools safely during daily work. - Move and organize scrap materials in the designated areas. - Follow safety and work instructions carefully. - Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. What can you expect from us? - Gross salary: €15.11 per hour - 18% shift allowance when working shifts - Weekly net income : approximately €500 , according to Dutch labor legislation - Full-time contract with long-term opportunities - Overtime possibilities for additional income - Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one - 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary) - 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary Accommodation & Transportation - Certified and clean accommodation with a private room - Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided - Accommodation located close to shops, public transport...
