Interim Finance Director Amsterdam Organisation For a fast-growing organisation operating in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Director . The organisation is active in the energy transition and sustainability market. This assignment requires a strong, hands-on financial leader who can create clarity and structure, further professionalise the Finance function and act as a trusted sparring partner to the management team and shareholder. Assignment As Interim Finance Director, you will have overall responsibility for Finance, Control, reporting and financial decision-making. You will bring stability, structure and predictability to a dynamic and commercially driven environment. Profile You are a pragmatic Interim Finance Director with experience in entrepreneurial and changing environments. You move comfortably between strategy and operations and are able to translate complex financial issues into clear and actionable priorities. We are looking for someone with: - A relevant university-level degree in Finance, preferably complemented by an RA, RC or equivalent professional qualification; - At least 10 years of relevant experience, including experience as a Finance Director, CFO or senior finance leader with overall financial responsibility; - Experience within a scale-up, project-based organisation, commercial services business or the energy/installation sector would be advantageous; - A proven track record in professionalisation, process improvement and financial transformation; - Strong stakeholder management skills, including within a corporate environment; - An analytical, collaborative and decisive leadership style; - Availability at short notice.
