NCIM Thank you! We'll be in touch soon. We're looking for a Senior Finance Officer in The Hague The complete back office of a growing IT organisation. In your hands. NCIM is not your standard IT company. We are a close-knit team of 55 in-house employees working on high-end, long-running IT assignments for the Ministry of Defence, NATO, the Netherlands Forensic Institute and central government, among others. The work is serious and there is often genuinely something at stake, but we always tackle it with a smile. Together with Ndus3 we form a single tight-knit group (with Icelake Capital as majority shareholder). Atmosphere and connection are central to how we work. There is always something to join in on: catching up at the weekly Thursday-afternoon drinks, a game of padel after work, building a 6502 processor together, slogging through a Mud Masters course or running the toastie maker into overtime. On top of that, we head off with the whole team every year: last year we visited Bletchley Park, this year CERN is on the programme! Because we are small enough to really know each other, the lines are short: talking to management here is just as easy as talking to the colleague next to you. What you will do As Senior Finance Officer you are the driving force behind the day-to-day financial administration of both NCIM and Ndus3. You carry ultimate responsibility for the accurate, complete and timely processing of all financial transactions. What sets this role apart is not only the list of tasks, but above all your attitude: you do not let discrepancies rest but get to the bottom of them, and you solve recurring problems at the root.
