As part of the Global Employee Listening & Analytics team, you will support our global regions and help drive data-informed decision-making across topics such as talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will primarily leverage Visier as our People Analytics suite to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendations. A key focus of the role is developing scalable reporting solutions and enabling leaders to use people data effectively.
