About the role As a Compensation & Benefits Process Expert, you will play a key role in delivering compensation and benefits processes across the Benelux and Nordics organization. You will ensure salary and benefits cycles are executed accurately and on time, provide operational support to managers and HR stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvements within the Compensation & Benefits function. Working closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services and external vendors, you will help maintain high-quality, compliant C&B processes while supporting various compensation initiatives and projects.
