- Has experience working with vulnerable, disengaged or hard-to-reach young people.
- Understands the challenges associated with EBSA, SEND, attendance and barriers to learning.
- Has experience of developing and delivering successful intervention programs.
- Can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and families.
- Is confident leading support plans and coordinating provision for individual pupils.
- Has excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Has the confidence to work collaboratively with external agencies and school staff.
- Believes that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
