Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure high-quality delivery. Core responsibilities - Assist in delivering ServiceNow modules and workflows (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) based on business needs. - Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and technical teams. - Configure forms, fields, lists, UI policies, business rules, notifications, SLAs, and catalog items. - Support integrations and data imports/exports using standard ServiceNow capabilities and APIs. - Perform testing (unit, functional, UAT support), troubleshoot issues, and contribute to release activities. - Create and maintain solution documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials. - Monitor platform performance and contribute to governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.
