We are looking for an inspiring Lead Learning Support Assistant for SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) to provide outstanding learning support to individual students from Autumn 2026. You will play a vital role, working across the SEND team and wider school overseeing interventions and ensuring they optimise learning for individuals. You develop an expertise in SEMH. You will run interventions for pupils in this area, manage a small team of Learning Support Assistants and work closely with teachers and families to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
About You
You are likely to have gained experience in working with young people in a school setting and have a track record of impact through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us a drive and determination to ensure that every student receives the support they need to be the best version of themselves. You will need to have great people skills and deeply care for all young people.
