An order of fasteners needs to go out today. You pull out the order list, collect the right boxes of screws and double-check that the quantity is correct. Everything complete? Then you make sure the order is neatly packed and ready for shipment. Meanwhile, a truck arrives with new goods that need to be unloaded. Salary € 15.5-16 Location Eindhoven Sector Distribution Employment type Full-time What will you do? As an All-around Logistics Employee, you are a vital link within the warehouse. You ensure that incoming goods are correctly received and stored, and that orders are carefully assembled for shipment. When picking orders, you frequently handle packages containing screws and other fastening materials. Since these products are often sold individually, you regularly check if the correct number of items has been picked. A bit of mental math will therefore come in handy. In addition to order picking, you will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, replenishing stocks and keeping the warehouse tidy. The work is physical: you regularly lift boxes weighing between 3 and 20 kilos. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the logistics process runs safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. You will also be involved in sawing operations. These consist of cutting threaded rods to size according to the customer's wishes and deburring them. This ensures perfect building materials for a customer, such as large bolts.
